Help with reading this German death record

Can someone please transcribe this German death record for me? It looks like it was the death of Blanka Löwenheim, daughter of Ludwig Löwenheim and Rika Brÿ. I cannot make out some of the handwriting and old German script. It looks like she was single, and it perhaps gives her age, which I couldn't make out.
