Regarding Pedigree Collapse
I have always wondered but was embarrassed to ask, but...
How should I go about creating a tree when my parents are related? They are uncle and niece. I have always just used my mother and disregard my father when making a tree. Is there a proper way of handling it? Or dose it matter either way?

You enter them as they are. He is entered under his parents, and she is entered under her parents, then enter them as spouses with the sources that support the information. Anyone looking will figure out the additional relationship but you don't have to point it out if you choose not to.

The relationship between your parents should not discourage you from creating a family tree where you are connected to both parents. You will connect you to them, then you can connect each of them to their parents, Once the parental relationship is in place, then you can add all their children to that relationship.
Keep in mind that information for living is only seen by the individual who created the record.
Information for deceased can be seen by everyone who has an account with Family Search.
