Are these pages considered "full page advertisements"?

US—City and Business Directories, 1749–1990 [Part C][M3WV-JV6] PI says to index business names, but not those in "full-page advertisements." Is this image considered full-page advertisement and would be marked as No, Extractable Data? Thx!

No, you have quite a few names on there that could be indexed. For example, Ingerson, Munick, Fuller W P, Holt, Habenicht, Howlett, Whitter, Coburn, Moise, Klinkner, Wm Shroeder, etc. would all be indexed. A full page ad is going to be 1 ad taking up the entire page.
