indexing directory question
I am indexing a Canadian Business Directory. At the top of the page. the title is Province of Ontario-- Dominion of Canada, which I am assuming I enter as Ontario, Canada in the Directory Place box. But, the directory is divided into what looks like townships and counties. For example, before a group of names, is the title, "North Agusta' "(Greenville Co.)" and then some names, and then another subheading with a different town and county. Do I enter the town and county in the Directory Place box along with Ontario, Canada for each different group of names? Would the entry look like this, North Augusta, Greenville, Ontario, Canada? Or would I just enter the title of the directory Ontario, Canada for all groups? And do I uses a comma between each location?

It is really difficult to give answers to these types of questions without seeing the image. It is always best to share the link or batch code so others can see what you are seeing for a better understanding. To share a batch, click on the third icon from the right and follow the instructions.
I thought the only directory project was for the US, but, I guess maybe there is a Canadian project? Anyway, it sounds like you are on the right track since we are to "Separate geographical levels of locality, from smallest to largest, with a comma". Augusta, Grenville, Ontario, Canada would be smallest to largest and they are each separated with commas.
I have this batch now that seems similar to what you are describing and that is what I intend to do with it:
