The INTERFACE between, 'FamilySearch'; and, "MyHeritage", appears to be DOWN, this morning.
The INTERFACE was working perfectly fine ALL Day yesterday; and, for many Days previous.
Any thoughts ...
Whose 'End' ... 'FamilySearch'; OR, "MyHeritage"
There is currently NO "Weekly" Schedule 'Update'/'Release' in 'FamilySearch' going through at the moment ... being, Friday morning (my 'local' time)
[ But, one CANNOT 'rule-out' any smaller AD-HOC "In-Line" (Unscheduled) 'Update'/'Release' in 'FamilySearch' by a "Programmer" ... ]
Perhaps, something going on at the "MyHeritage" end ...
Oh ... I hope that "My Heritage" has NOT "Broken" the INTERFACE once again.

It's back ...
It is now after 3 pm (my 'local time'); and, the INTERFACE now seems to be working again ...
The INTERFACE was 'Down' (ie. NOT Working), ALL morning, until Halfway through the afternoon ...
It would be nice to know, what 'End' (ie. 'FamilySearch'; OR, "MyHeritage") caused the 'outage'; and, WHY ...

And, its GONE ('down'/'out') again ...
I wonder if it relates to "Server" Problems/Issues ...
First time that I have notice the INTERFACE going up/down or in/out, during the day ...

It started to work again a while later ...
But ...
That said ...
It was (and, now is), "very Jumpy"; and, 'extremely slow" ...
Much slower than before ...
And, more times than not, it is now NOT finding/referencing the individual/person with whom one is trying to attach a "Source".
Having to "Cancel'/"Close" the attempt; and, try again - which more often than not, does work.
Something is amiss in the INTERFACE.
Could be from either 'End' (ie. 'FamilySearch'; OR, "MyHeritage") ... but, who knows for sure ...
[ I am leaning towards the "My Heritage", 'End' ... ]

The Engineers have been working closely with My Heritage for several weeks in an effort to resolve various linking issues between the two sites.

The Problem/Issue that I raised yesterday, DID NOT occur in such "Force" UNTIL yesterday.
There has been NO significate problem/issue with the INTERFACE between, 'FamilySearch'; and, "MyHeritage", for the past MANY Weeks ...
[ Admittedly, a few 'Hiccups', along the way; but, certainly NOTHING like I experienced MOST of ALL of yesterday ... ]
And, I have been using the INTERFACE between, 'FamilySearch'; and, "MyHeritage", for MANY; Many; many, Months now ...
I mainly ONLY us the INTERFACE between, 'FamilySearch'; and, "MyHeritage", to TRANSFER "Sources" that are NOT in 'FamilySearch', from "MyHeritage"; and, attach them to, individuals/persons; and/or, Couples, in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
Please pass this MATTER onto the "Programmers" (aka: "Engineers") for their, information; attention; and, consideration.

This particular issue was caused by a search problem on the MyHeritage site last week. All MyHeritage users experienced similar problems the night this occurred. The problems have since been resolved.

I had the feeling that the problem/issue was on the "My Heritage", 'End' ...
The problem/issue, of the BROKEN "Connection", in the INTERFACE between, 'FamilySearch'; OR, "MyHeritage", may have been resolved.
But ...
That said ...
There is STILL a problem/issue with regard to the INTERFACE between, 'FamilySearch'; OR, "MyHeritage".
Whereas, before, I only had the odd few 'Hiccups' ...
Now ...
"Attaching" the "Sources" from "Myheritage" to an individual/person in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch" is, more often than not (in fact, just about every time) a TWO (x2) attempts/goes process.
The FIRST attempt/go, is a FAILURE; as, it brings up the "Spinning Wheel"; where, the process is TRYING to find/identify the corresponding individual/person in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch"; but, WITHOUT, success, it just keeps "Spinning".
I usually leave that attempt/go, as is, just "Spinning" ...
IF, I try to "Attach" the "Source", with the corresponding individual/person in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' NOT found/identified; THEN, unless, I "Save" that "Source" to MY "Source Box" as well, that "Sources" go into the ETHER (ie. NOWHERE, into the VOID). It certainly DOES NOT get "Attached" to the corresponding individual/person in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
Whereas ...
The SECOND attempt/go usually quickly finds/identifies the corresponding individual/person in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch"; so that, the "Source", can be successfully "Attached" to the corresponding individual/person in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
