20 entries in a batch but I skipped one. How do I insert it in the correct order?
Some batches have lists of 20 or more entries (e.g. voter registration page). Sometimes at the end I realize that I inadvertently skipped an entry but I don't know how to enter it in the correct sequence so I add it to the end. Is that okay, or is there a way to insert it in the correct sequence? My main concern is the batch may be out of order for the reviewer.
Thanks

To adjust the number of entries in the data entry area, if necessary follow these steps:
- On the indexing toolbar, click the icon for Add Entries. (icon on the left to the trash can- tool bar)
- In the Add Multiple Entries pop-up window, type the number of entries you want to add, and indicate where you want to add them.
- Click Add.
Hope it helps

The slight trick to this is that you have to be on the entry before where you wish to insert the record. Then you select "after the current entry". Then when you click on the right arrow at the top of the entry form you will have a blank entry to fill in.

"My main concern is the batch may be out of order for the reviewer."
Right, thank you for your concerns on indexing right and thinking on the reviewer.
The ideal indexing would be to start indexing from the top left -down- then from the top right side down tot he end on the image. I think our advisors agree in that the most important thing is to index all that data available on the image.
If inadvertently skipped an entry you can always add it and complete the batch before submitting it.
