Remote access for helping others while in Covid lockdown

I am newly called as a Family History and Temple Consultant in my ward in France. I understand (from what I think I heard at a recent ZOOM meeting-in French) that there is an app for viewing a patron's computer screen remotely. If I understood correctly, please let me know what I need to do to access it. Thank you very much!

    Hello @kayejanda1

There are many software application which can be used to remotely access compuers.

Here are just 10 which I believe all offer a free version - Teamviewer, Splashtop, Chrome Remote Desktop, Microsoft Remote Desktop, TightVNC, Mikogo, LogMeln, pcanywhere.

I have used TeamViewer which does offers a free remote version for personal use.

    See https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/
