Add additional instruction to Project/Field help- US, Virginia—Birth Records, 1853–1900

In the Father's Residence City field instructions, add: "Do not index a County name in this field."

While the instruction is specific that it wants city, town or village, I still find when reviewing that county names or abbreviated county names are being keyed. I have indexed them in myself sometimes because it says to "Type the name of the city, town, or village as it was written. Do not correct misspellings or expand abbreviations."

I called the Help line for clarification, but adding my suggested instruction would have clarified this issue and would have saved the Help line inquiry. (Apparently others have called about this because my helper said she had heard supervisors discussing this issue and thus had a ready answer for me.)
