Interesting ... Making CONFIDENTIAL People, PUBLIC, 150 Years after BIRTH (or, DEATH, if "No" BIRTH)

Subject: Interesting ... Making "Confidential" People, "Public", x150 Years after "Birth" (or, "Death", if NO "Birth" is recorded)

I just can across this "Knowledge Article", while responding to a 'Post'.
Are the confidential people in my Family Tree private space ever made public?
Where it states, among other things:

This move occurs 150 years after the confidential person’s birth.
If the record lacks a birth date, it is moved 150 years after the person’s death.

Question:
In regard to the aforementioned ...
Does that INCLUDE, making the "Living" individuals/persons ( ie. NOT those that are marked specifically as "Confidential' People) in Our "Private Spaces", that of "Public", x150 Years has passed after their "Birth" (or, "Death", if NO "Birth" is recorded)?
The reason that I ask, is that, "Confidential' People, are NOT always (plain/ordinary) "Living" individuals/persons.
Basically ...
ARE "Living" individuals/persons, in Our "Private Spaces", ALSO 'treated', the SAME way as "Confidential" People, when x150 Years has passed after their "Birth" (or, "Death", if NO "Birth" is recorded)?
I could not find any reference to such in other "Knowledge Articles"
[ Plus, the "Help Centre" appears to be somewhat 'broken' - again; as, it NO LONGER starts to automatically offer suggested Articles as one 'Types' - as it used to! ]
Please advise.

Knowledge article "How does Family Tree determine whether a person is living or deceased?" includes the following:
FamilySearch considers a person to still be living if both of these situations apply:
- The person was born 110 or fewer years ago, married 95 or fewer years ago, or had a child born 95 or fewer years ago.
- The record contains no death information.
FamilySearch does not automatically mark an individual as deceased when the first rule no longer applies.

I knew that I had seen that "Knowledge Article"; as, I have referred others to the same, in this Forum.
That is what concerned me ...
I just could not find it, when I was looking for it, this time.
Now ...
That said ...
I am very well aware that, "Confidential" People, in Our "Private Spaces", CAN be, EITHER, "Living"; and/or, "Deceased".

WHY is it the case, that 'FamilySearch', CAN/WILL make, "Confidential" People, in Our "Private Spaces", VISIBLE to the "Public" (ie. All, Users/Patrons), once x150 Years has passed after their "Birth" (or, "Death", if NO "Birth" is recorded); and, yet, 'FamilySearch' DOES NOT/WILL NOT, do the SAME; and, make "Living" People, in Our "Private Spaces", VISIBLE to the "Public" (ie. All, Users/Patrons), once x150 Years has passed after their "Birth" (or, "Death", if NO "Birth" is recorded)?
To me, with my limited education, that is contradictory ... one 'Rule' for some; and, another 'Rule' for others ...
[ But, certainly normal in the scheme of life ... as, we see such each and every day ... ]
There MUST be some REASON, that 'FamilySearch' decided such ...
I just DO NOT understand, WHY ...
IF, 'FamilySearch' MADE "Living" People, in Our "Private Spaces", VISIBLE to the "Public" (ie. All, Users/Patrons), once x150 Years has passed after their "Birth" (or, "Death", if NO "Birth" is recorded); THEN, this would ALLAY the concerns of MANY Users/Patrons, that is, KNOWING that when they Die/Pass Away, that such was the case.
Hence, WHY I raised this post.
I am hoping for some edification/enlightenment ...
