How to obtain a copy of a page of a book protected by a copyright owned by Family Search?
Hello,
I am desperate to find out how to obtain a copy of a page of a book protected by a copyright owned by Family Search. The French genealogy site Geneanet.org redirected me through this link:
There I found out that, due to copyright restrictions, the book "cannot be viewed on line". My question is how to obtain a copy of a specific page related to one of my ancestors.
Many thanks in advance for your help

Unfortunately, this book is digitized, but the rights to the book are determined by the owner Haute-Saône (France). Archives départementales. You would need to contact them for permission to obtain a copy of a page from the book.

Thank you very much for your answer. I'll get back directly to the Archives Départementales AD70, who might have the book itself accessible to the public.
If this is not the case, do you know the address where I can contact Family Search to ask for a copy of the page? I posted my previous message on this forum because I was unable to find a a contact mail address to send a request!
Thank you very much again for your help

As from Family Search's point of view, the book is in copyright, I believe the instructions are that they (Familysearch) should not give you a COPY of the book page. PERHAPS they may be prepared to give you the INFORMATION on the book page, if you qualify for an online consultation https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Virtual_Genealogy_Consultations {Please note I am NOT a FamilySearch employee or Volunteer)
Have you tried other websites such as Gallicia https://gallica.bnf.fr (National Library of France) to see if you can possibly locate a digital copy of the book elsewhere?

Thank you very much for your advice and suggestions, I think it can be very useful, especially the "consultation" link. And yes, I have tried Gallica, but this particular volume does not seem to be in their bank. Funnily, according to one of my contacts there in Vesoul, where the Archives départementales of Haute-Saône are located, the book was bought by another Archives départementales service, namely from Cantal (like the cheese), which is far away in central France. I'll try there.
I wish you a nice week end
