Are birth certificates for 1935 & 1936 in Cardenas, SLP, Mexico not available on FS?

Cannot find parents correct birth certificates on Family Search.

    Even when FamilySearch has records, images are generally not available unless the birth was more 100 years ago.

    Good question.

    I'm sorry but I don't know what SLP is. And Cardenas looks like it might have a tilde over the n.

    Truly appreciate your quick response, Anitra. Sorry, SLP stands for a state,San Luis Potosí, in Mexico. Love your suggestion of joining the group but not I’m not confident enough to ask. Afraid they would throw me out for butchering my writtenSpanish language. Just kidding. On Family Search I always check for updated, added documents for Cardenas, San Luis Potosí, Mexico & hope that soon 1935 &1936 for Cardenas birth certificates start appearing. Thanks for your time.
