I am indexing US, Virginia—Death Records, 1853–1900 [M37R-TDJ] & have a ? about cause of death.

I am unable to read the cause of death shown for entry #5 and several other entries on this record. I would appreciate input from anyone who may have a suggestion on what this says. Since there are multiple records showing this reason for cause of death, I would like to include the entry if possible. Thanks so much.

    Looks like Hot Inftm to me. I wonder if it is an abbreviation for heat related infant mortality since they are all babies, except a single 1 year old and these are summer months.

    Maybe there will be other better guesses. Hold on to your batch for a while.
