Adding names left out while reviewing

When reviewing city directories and I see where a name has been skipped over, I will make a note and add it at the end. Yesterday, I forgot to add 3 names. Is there any way to add those after I have submitted it?

Hi Gail. There is no way to get access to a submitted batch. When you find a name that has been skipped over, the best thing to do is add it in where it belongs. To do that click on the + icon (7th from the left), choose "after the current entry". This will give you a blank entry and you can place the name where it belongs.

Always remember that you do not index duplicated names in the city directory project. So, if the name was EXACTLY the same as another name, it would not be indexed.
