Birth year, death year, & registrar year all the same

Also, the age at death shows he was 57 years.

With this, is there a way to flag the record?

Or, better question, what would you suggest I do here?

To share the batch, click on the 3rd icon from the right in the horizontal toolbar and follow the instructions. Or, you can copy and paste the URL address or the title and batch code from the top of the image.

In the meantime, here is a training article about indexing Incorrect Information. Generally we Type What We See since our task as indexers and reviewers is to create an index of exactly what is written on the document.
