unknown name showing up in our ward group on reports

I am the ward TFH leader. When I print the indexing organization and statistics report there is a contributor name that is not in our member directory in the Tools app. Nor in the stake directory. How could this be? Do I need to edit out unrecognized names?

It would be helpful to put this question in the Indexing Chat.

In the Q and A tab, you will find "Indexing" but that is the Help Center and is not managed by the Indexing Chat group. However, our group is linked there on a the main page as a resource.

You don't have to be a member to index, so that could be it? Also, we had stake people ask to index in our ward group. She was just doing a trial but added a few thousands entrys which was greatly appreciated.
