I am reviewing this document and who ever indexed it put a year of 1846 but I don't see this year on the document. I had my husband look and he doesn't see it either... am I missing something somewhere.

I checked the image and did not see the year, but the indexer could have seen in a previous image.

In the Field help for Baptism Year says the following: In register-type documents, the date was generally written just once for multiple records. This date applies to all subsequent records until a new date was indicated.

In the Project Instruction point # 7 says the following: If the month or year was not recorded, check the previous image.

You may want to use the Image Reference icon to see previous pages that may show the year.
