Following Groups

I would like to be able to follow a group, like in the old community, where I could get an email if someone asked a question. That allowed me to help answer and I learn from others who are asking questions or sharing information in groups in "My Feed". I don't see the ability to do that anymore. Can you please set up notifications for groups?
