Can't Submit Batch - Extra Entries I Can't Delete
Batch from French Polynesia. Image record contains 36 entries but there is only one on the document. Stuck at Document Type for Entry 2 of Image 1 during Verification. No response to Mark Entry Blank command.

It is most helpful if you share the batch to get an answer. To do this, click on the third icon from right and follow those instructions. For now, I downloaded one to see what was going on.
The project is preset to 36 records per image. You need to delete all unused entries to get the batch to submit. Using the trash can icon, select "all blank entries", click delete. That should take care of all the unused entries. If you have something in Entry 2 so it is not a blank entry, with that entry showing, click on the trash can again and select "current entry" and delete.1
Q. When I am doing my indexing, what should I do with the extra blank entries, which I do not need, as there is not enough information to fill them?
A. You wish to delete the blank entries left after you have completed the batch. These can be removed as follows :-
To delete any extra or unused entries in the data entry area.
1. On the indexing toolbar, click the icon for Delete Entries. (the Bin)
2. In the Delete Entries pop-up window, indicate whether to delete only the current entry or all blank entries.
3. Click Delete
