A computer generated Tree/Source Timeline Grid (Spreadsheet) could be very useful: 1) in visually identifying mismatches between ancestor Tree data (vitals, other information and relationships) and attached Sources, and 2) as a downloadable spreadsheet file (Timeline Grid) to be manipulated, added to, deleted from by the user for additional review and/or as an ongoing research tool.

Is there a tool to use where a ruler of gray can be use for double pages so you can keep track where you are in typing columns?

I realized that the term Timeline Grid is more common in Family Research than spreadsheet so I modified the title and text.
