Ok, so now I have

Harley, Herbert Henry and

Harley, Herbert Henry, junr

so if I omit the junr there will be 2 identical entries?

There is no field for firstname or surname suffix

It is okay to only have one entry. The goal is to allow a person to find the name on a search. You only need to index Harley, Herbert Henry once. You can index the name twice if you'd like, but, the system should delete the duplicate entry. Here is a training article on titles and terms that tells us: If no Titles and Terms field is included in the batch, do not include them.
