I am working on US La-Voting Records 1867-1952 part B MSFV-1KQ. PAGE 3 & 4

There are a few names listed on these pages that indicate the original name next to the name taken when the female took her vow to be a nun. How do I index that?

I can't open the batch. Perhaps someone else can. Here is a training article on how to index nun's and priest's names with great examples.

If there is no year on the image, then you would leave the field blank. We can't make assumptions. Unless the project instructions or field helps tell us to look at the reference images to capture a date, then it is blank.

there is also no year when this registration took place. I assume it's 1951.

The training article looks like it would answer my question, but it doesn't work.

Need to know how to index names of nuns when using "Sister" Is it indexed with the given name?
