US, Wisconsin—Death Records, 1959–1978 [Part B][M3S5-FZD]
These are Wisconsin, clearly marked as such. The State and County are clearly marked, and CITIZEN OF WHICH COUNTRY: USA, is clearly marked. But Country of Residence is not. Reading the instructions it mentions that we do not infer the state from other information given, yet many are putting USA there. Should we infer the State of residence?

@SSMorrell , You were right. We do not infer USA or the state. Citizen should not be used interchangeably with residence. I find a lot of indexers put USA for resident country even though it is not written on the form. The batch that you listed appears to be done correctly. 😀

I'm going to tag @Lisa Kay Horlacher to answer this question.
I am fairly certain that we don't infer USA (or any other country) on any project unless the instructions say to do so.
