Newly indexed records not in catalog

The past few months many parish records have been indexed in and around where I am working in Iguala, Guerrero, Mexico, which is really good. They have not been added to the catalog, which means I cannot search within a specific film/book and there are no hints given either. They only show up doing a general search, but many records have the wrong standardized place, last names as first names, first for last and added to other people, and some indexers were just not able to read well. It is very helpful to be able to search within that specific document without getting results from other places.

Usually, indexed records come with "Document Information". A click on the arrow alongside then provides the Digital Folder Number, which can be pasted into the Film/Fiche Number field in the Catalog.

Are you saying this is bringing up no results? A screenshot or URL link to the indexed records you are finding in a search would be of help.

(See https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QG7T-JBJY for an example, but you are possibly already aware of the method of locating records in this manner.)
