LDS only: Ability to reserve individual ordinances

It would be really helpful if members were able to reserve individual ordinances instead of all BCIESP grouped together. Here is my rationale:

  1. We are trying to involve youth, who can only do the baptisms. Rather than making them responsible for handing off the other ordinances once they complete the baptisms, let's empower them to reserve what they can do. Some youth are from part-member families, foster families, or families with one parent. They may not have others who can continue those ordinances.
  2. We have widows and singles who are able to participate in the sealing to parents for a male relative, but can't get the initiatory or endowments done. They have to make a choice on whether to try to beg others to help them with those two ordinances or give up the opportunity to participate in the sealing.

I realize that if we are the person originally requesting the ordinances, we can share individual ordinances with the temple, but if someone has already reserved and shared the ordinances with the temple, we can't request a single ordinance to perform.

Thanks for considering!
