Too Many Indexing Box's with "BLANK" can you add the following?
It seems when I'm indexing at times that too many box's are being entered as "Blank" why can't there be an "Not Known" and "Unknown" add as a pre populated drop down box. As the below example for father's given name?

I have to ask what information Not Known and Unknown convey that Blank does not convey? Why do you believe that three indications that all mean the same thing are needed?
The Blank indicator is/must be entered when the field is a required field (has an asterisk at the end of the field name) and the required information is not present in the image.
