I have run into a line where twins were recorded on a single line. In the "name" column they are listed as "John and Sally" then both male and female are checked. Should I record it as a single entry or make a new entry for Sally. The problem with a new entry is it throws the line numbering off.

In the project instruction, on What to remember about this project. on point # 10 explains the following:

Index information about twins or other multiple births as separate entries, even if they were recorded on a single document.

    Hope this helps.
