I am reviewing Argentina, Entre Ríos—Registro Civil, 1860–1965 [Parte L] [MSFW-HQK]

Image Name 107093497_00224

Batch ID MSFW-HQK

On the third image there is an entry that shows the parents of four children but doesn't give dates of birth. Should I leave it blank as the indexer did or create entries without dates and just index parents and each child?

You might want to copy and paste your question into the group - Indexing Chat. There are alot more indexers and reviewers in that group who can answer questions on a variety of projects!
