HELP?! Birth Certificate Copies.

Hi,. I am looking for copies of records relating to ancestors of mine. Birth certificates.

I can find online references but can't seem to find copies anywhere.

I have tried Ancestry, National Archives and Scotland's People.

I am new to this website and I am finding it very difficult to navigate through.

I have attached what i have found so far - any help would be much appreciated.

I am looking for two sisters gracie ellen and annabnelle beard. They wher borned glouster o hio in 1945 and1946 to Ollie beard.they may have been adoped.I am their cousin.is ther away for me to find them?i have been searching for 70 years. lillie six thank you
