I am researching the tax records of Grayson County, Kentucky (Film #007834439). I am unable to download images 170-200. Is there a way to report this problem so those images can be made available?

If you are still having problems with this, please, click on the question mark at the top of this page, select Contact Us on the bottom of the dropdown and select the method that you would like to use for direct contact with someone in the Historical Records section who would be able to help you.

I tried this myself and had no problem*. I assume you have previously downloaded records from FamilySearch without problem, so can't really see what more you need to do.

Whilst I generally find the advice to clear your cookies to be unhelpful in dealing with my issues, perhaps it is just worth a try. Otherwise, try again later.

    * I just clicked on "Download", then - from the pop-up - "Save File" and there it was (the .jpg image) in the default folder for my downloads on my hard drive.
