On this batch it says in the field helps that, "You should expand abbreviations or correct misspellings when you can tell what the abbreviation stands for or what the correction should be to the spelling." I am reviewing this batch and the person who indexed this batch typed the abbreviation as Western Highlands. I looked it up and didn't find that translation but I don't want to get rid of valid info, but I also don't want to leave incorrect info. If you know what this abbreviation stands for please let me know, it would help out a lot. thanks for all your help with questions!

It stands for Western Highlands Province. Mount Hagan is the capital city of the WHP. Looking at the final example in the Project Instructions, which is the same as these forms, you would index Mount Hagen, Western Highlands. They don't want the descriptive words like District or Province indexed, nor do they want Papua, New Guinea indexed.
