Group Discussion Enhancements

It would be nice to add a search and sort feature for group discussions. The current search bar searches the entire site, not just a group; posts ask you to tag but I don't see a way to search based on those tags.

It was also better when we could read a preview of the post on the main page rather than clicking through a post to learn a little more about it. Thanks.
