What's with the labelling of posts? None of it makes sense!

(1) When is a "New" post "new"? Some with this label are quite old, in fact. I thought it might be that they hadn't been responded to, but some have and some haven't.

(2) Similarly, what is (or who marks a post as) "Complete"?

(3) In "Q and A" different terms are used - no "Complete" there, but "Answered" and "Accepted Answer". I believe I've already discovered that "Accepted Answer" is added by a moderator, but what about "Answered"? Does a moderator record that as the status of a post, too? AND... what are the definitions that differentiate all three terms?

(4) The only term that is really clear is "Question" - found as a label in both "Q and A" and "Groups" sections of "Community". This seems to be applied until there is a response from someone. Even still, not all "questions" are labelled: some (like "for information only" posts - my terminology) posts are just left unlabelled!

(5) "Finally", can somebody explain the "Sort" options in the "Ideas" sections - viz. "Trending", "Top" and "New"? The sort behaviour, using each in turn, was not quite as I had anticipated.

Top - means those with the highest votes

New - is Most Recent posted at top

and Trending probably means those that are trending upward as to votes.
