Hallo,
I'm having trouble downloading a lot of records. A year ago, I used Familysearchviewer to download.
I had 500 or 1000 records downloaded and I had it downloaded automatically.
It's not possible now. It is possible to download in a way of 1 by 1. It will take a lot, a lot of time if I need to download 1000 records.
I also tried it, but after 20 records, the server crashed.
Please help. How to automate record downloads.
Downloading 1 by 1 is not an effective solution.

I was unaware this facility ever existed. Perhaps if you provide more details of exactly what you previously could do (but no longer can) other users might be more responsive to your question.

Perhaps your program is not a program belonging to FamilySearch (whose website is https://www.familysearch.org) . I note the image you posted said Family Search Viewer, with Family Search written as two words. In contrast, as far as I am aware, FamilySearch (this website) is always written FamilySearch (one word)
Your program may be the program of another organisation.
