Hi, I have a question about a batch I'm doing
US—City and Business Directories, 1749–1990 [Part B][MS2L-2PC]
- Can someone tell me if this would be a No Extractable image?
- The project says to "Mark all other images, including full pages of advertisements, county and city histories, lists of elected officials, table of contents, maps, city, and county government officials lists, and voter and census records, in Step 1: Images as No, No Extractable Data".
- Would these be elected officials?
Thanks a bunch!
Denise

It is a very interesting directory page of the officers of various Masonic and Eastern Star fraternal groups in San Francisco. They wouldn't be elected officials, but, I would guess that we aren't indexing these with this project. I'd mark it No, No Extractable Data and it will be reviewed by Family Search, according to a knowledge article on the subject. If it needs to be indexed, they will send it back out for reindexing.
"All No Extractable Data images are reviewed to determine: a) if they need to be combined with another image for a full record, b) if they need to be put into a different indexing project, or c) if they cannot be indexed."

I was leaning that way, Melissa, but wasn’t sure. I think that’s a good call.
