is there a way to add a entry into the middle of the info fill out area? does the order matter?

on this batch that I'm reviewing (a monthly roster and roller) the person who indexed this batch before me missed a name at the top of the right side of the page. I always try to keep the order of the names the same as on the image. but I don't really want to re-index the whole right side of the image again. so should I do the whole right side of the page again? does the order matter when indexing info? or is there a better way to do this? what should I do?

thank you so much for all your help guys!

You want the icon on the left (from the horizontal toolbar). You can add one or more entries where you need to. Since you are reviewing it doesn’t matter where you put the missed Entry or Entries (the FS search engine doesn’t care). But It sure helps the Reviewer if the Indexer follows the top to bottom, left to right rule and doesn’t skip any, as you obviously have experienced.
