[MSLK-3D7] Directory Place?

I am missing something - I cannot find the Directory Place. I am reviewing & have scanned over & over the two pages & cannot find it!

There is no directory place listed on this image. The field should be blank. You can make all the fields blank by marking the first one blank and then using the copy text forward to all matching fields tool (6th icon from the left). Chances are good you could do the same for the spouses surnames.
