A glitch with Tree Landscape View?
Over the last few months, I've had an issue that keeps popping up. I don't know if it's on my end or on FS's end.
When using the Landscape View of the tree, it will occasionally randomly glitch. When it does, it will not allow me to switch between parental lines (in the situation where a record has more than one set of parents). Attempting to switch parents does nothing, even with a page reload. It also will show incorrect ancestral lines for people, or even no ancestry at all. But opening up that person's page shows that the appropriate parents are in fact attached. It happens at random times -- sometimes I can use the Landscape view all day with no problems. Sometimes it'll glitch like this after a few hours. Today, it was fine from 10am when I started, then glitched at about 1:45 (15 minutes ago).
I've tried signing out, clearing cookies, restarting my browser, even switching computers, but the error persists no matter what I do for the rest of the day. The next day, it's back to normal, until it happens again. Drives me crazy.
Is there any way to fix or avoid this? Is this something I'm doing wrong, or is this an issue on FamilySearch's side?

My experience has been that it is FamilySearch side. In some cases they are in process of something, as long as it is coming up eventually - life is good, although frustrating.

Well, it's a relief that it's not just me. Still a royal pain.
