US Land Bureau Records?
I have done hundreds of US Land Bureau Records. It usually gives only 8 spaces for records before you have to keep adding entry lines.. The last batch had over 50 entries, I had to type the event place "Sparta" over 50 times. Could it be fixed so that you have the last event place to automatically populate that space? It would save time if it could be done.
Thanks,

There are at least two ways to not have to type Sparta 50 times. The first is to click Ctrl + D (Cmd + D on a Mac, the 7th icon from the right on a tablet) to duplicate the text from the previous field. The easiest way is to type Sparta into the field on the first record and then click on the icon that copies text into all matching fields and it will fill in all the entries. This is the 6th icon from the right (a down arrow with 3 black boxes under it). Of course you either need to wait until you have all the entries in place, or you could count the number of entries you will need and then use the Add Entries Icon (7th from the left) to create the accurate number of entries needed.

Linda Kay, I think you want to experiment with the 3 icons that are 5th, 6th, and 7th from the right. They each have an arrow pointing down on top of what looks like pages. Put your cursor over each one to find out it's function. You can also use keyboard shortcuts.
