I went to my own name and clicked on Edit. I added an "e" to my name and saved, then I deleted the "e" and saved. I had no problems. When I went to my Account, I could not change my name but I could change my Display Name. If it is a problem with the Account, you might want to contact customer support or delete the account and start over.
