Getting an error on all my batches
I am getting the following error on all my batches and have for a few days.
Batch Cannot Be Loaded
The batch you are trying to load is not available. Please find another batch to work on. If the problem persists for a given project, try another project.

Usually batch numbers look like this:[M3S4-K45]
Did you go to Web Indexing, Find Batches (in the blue bar) and click on that? Exit from your browser and give it another try.

You stated that you are getting the error message on all of "My" batches.
- The batch may have an technical issue.
- The whole project may have a technical issue, preventing any of the batches within it to open.
- If the batch is currently in your My Batches list, return the batch, and try to open another batch in the same project.
- If you cannot open any batch in a project, click the Feedback link at the bottom of the page, and report the issue to Support along with the name of the project.
- Click Find Batch again, and choose a different project.
You can also try clearing your browsing history and cookies. Keep up the great work.
