Hello! I'm indexing US, Wisconsin—Birth Records, 1907–1911 [Part A][M39D-QWR], is anyone able to figure out what the mother's maiden name on image 2 is? I think it might say Th*s?y, but I'm not entirely sure. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You!

Also, I'm not really sure what to index for the Day of Birth on Image 1... 27 maybe?

I agree with Cathleen that the mother's name is Thursby. I am uncertain about the birth date. It's so hard when you can't tell which # was written first. I was thinking it was a 27. Look at the way the clerk wrote 47 in the age of the father. So it is your judgement call. Good luck!

I think it is "Thursby" for the mother's maiden name on image 2.

For the date of birth, I would say 29th. The bottom date of the certificate of the attending physician or midwife looks more like a change from the 27th to the 29th.
