Praise and Idea for Home Page TO DO feature
I love the look of the Home Page. It is exciting and offers the user a lot of opportunities to work in FamilySearch. I especially enjoy using the "Recommended Tasks" and the "TO DO" lists.
When I introduce the feature to newcomers to the FamilySearch FamilyTree site they are excited. They are using it. That's the good news.
Personally, I want to make more use of the To-Do box. Currently, I use it to create and tic off my task list in a particular family line project. It seems, the more I add to the list and do the work the more there is to add to it. And that is where I become frustrated.
It would be a great help to me and perhaps others who want to use the To-Do feature to its fullest potential if I could organize my impressions by surname or even by importance.
Please consider making that tool easier to use by allowing the user to prioritize the tasks that they are inspired to do.
If you have another suggestion I am open to using another space in FamilySearch. Other than creating an action plan for myself as I would for a new learner, I am not aware of another way.
Thank you for your attention to this request.
Best Regards, Barbara

Barbara,
Excellant suggestion. In fact that was the very first request that was made three years ago in a list of 11 items that was compiled on the GetSatisfaction FS feedback forum (none of which have been implemented to date).
I'm really not too sure about the chances of this getting implemented. So just in case it might, I've reposted the list here as "Useful Enhancements for the To-Do List"
