Step by Step how to see Relatives at RootsTech
Hi All,
As I have been struggling to access Relatives at RootsTech, I was hoping that perhaps someone could write a step by step instruction as to how to use it.
It showed that I had no relatives attend, & showed that 6 people with the same surname as mine attended. I could see the countries that they were from, but I couldn't see 'them'.
As I have many brick walls & no family stories, I was hoping to be able to see these people, to see where their people are from.

I am sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings ...

Unfortunately, we can NO LONG access that "Relatives at RootsTech Connect 2021".
.
That was "Turned Off" on the night of 4 March 2021.
That access ceased to be available on 5 March 2021.
.
The ONLY thing that we can access NOW, is if we added ANY of those "Relatives" as "Friends", during RootsTech, up until 4 March 2021.
.
Here is the 'Link", where those one "Added" as "Friends", which can be STILL accessed, up until 20 March 2021.

IF, one DID NOT "Add" those "Relatives" as "Friends", during RootsTech, up until 4 March 2021; THEN, one CANNOT even access that "Friends" List.
