Resolve issues with finding records in Family Tree with not dates associated

I have found that the find feature does not work very well when searching for records that do not contain a date. One example is James Brigan 9QRM-W9J. This record has only a name and a birth place -- Worsley, Lancaster, Eng. listed there is no date of birth or death. I know the search engine tends to use the standardized location which is -- Worsley, Lancashire, England so I used Find entered the name and the standardized location in the search. The system does not find the record - it finds four James Brigan records two have spouses and the other two have birth location and dates -- none is from Lancashire. The question is why is this record not found by the search engine. I have encountered this same issue with other records that have no date associated but just have a location information for birth. They are either not found or are buried so far that no reasonable person would look through the numerous screens. We need some way to find records that have no dates associated.
