Surnames were changed to Spanish without Family Permission
Without our permission a woman changed our birth dates, death dates, and surnames from English to Spanish on a massive family line. Is there a macro, so that we can change the dates, names, and places back to the correct English names?

While it is certainly upsetting when people change details of your close relatives in the FamilySearch Family Tree (FSFT), no one owns any profiles in FSFT (the only exception is living people). No one needs your permission to change these details.
I strongly recommend "following" your close relatives and ancestors in FSFT. You get a weekly notification of any edits made to these profiles.
If you have a disagreement with a fellow FSFT user about genealogical facts, you should use the built-in features to communicate with them and share the sources that support your theory.
If someone vandalises profiles, appears highly incompetent or is being very rude and insensitive, only then should you contact FamilySearch Support and ask that action is taken against that person. FamilySearch expects that users will resolve less serious disputes by themselves.
As for your specific issue, the FSFT allows you to enter multiple alternate names for a person in different languages. If you relatives had both English and Spanish names, then you should speak to the person who edited your relative's name and agree on which language should be the "main" name and which will be the alternate name.
