Fixing place names when the user is right and Family Search has it wrong

I volunteered to fix a batch of place names from Mexico. Every one of the ten cases I was given was the same name:

User: San Antonio de Padua, ****, Tamaulipas, Mexico

Family Search: Sanantonio de Padua, ****, Tamaulipas, Mexico

Even if you don't allow a user to change the incorrect Family Search version you should at least let him submit a case to correct the Family Search version.
