If the mother's birth city is listed, and is the same as the birth city of the baby, and the birth county of the baby is listed, may I use that county name for the mother's birth county?

A locality in the United States should be written City, County, State. If only the city appears on the record, you still use the standard locality. So Madison is Madison, Dane, Wisconsin.

Question: When you 'working', is that doing "Indexing"?
