    I Googled German to English, typed keresztelesi in and Google said try Hungarian. Sure enough keresztelesi is Hungarian for baptismal. Continue to use Google Translate on the rest of the document.

    @David Carney​ Google Translate says the heading (Keresztelesikivonat) is Hungarian. You might try using translate.google.com to translate the rest of it--or some handy person here probably speaks Hungarian and can help.
