    in FS FT there is an edit button next to just about every detail

    just click it and make the correction.

    Relationships that need correcting are much less inituitive as to how to correct.

     

    lets us know if you need further details.

    and if so - send us the ID of the person and we can take a look.

    Upload a copy of the document. Edit the death information and in the Reason This Information Is Correct put in something like See death record attached under Memories. You can do the same thing for other information you get from the death record.

    However, if the parents or spouse don't match, don't assume it is a mistake. Do some exhaustive research to make sure you aren't dealing with two different individuals and if you make changes, explain how your exhaustive research proved that they are not two people.
