it is the FHC Printer that reports the status of the Toner and ONLY if the printer has been set to the correct IP address for monitoring. Also, FHC computers are NOT to be left on when staff is not in the center. Please turn the computers on when open and off when closed, leave the printer on 24/7.😇

Is this new direction? We've always been told to leave them on so they get all their updates. Will we simply be notified from now on when there is going to be an update and therefore should leave them on?

We do turn the computers off at our center, but the older ones that had "DeepFreeze" on them still continue to turn on every night. The center itself is closed, but my husband and I continue to stop by to turn them off again. Would love to get that fixed.

Thank you so much for the reference article. We have just been introduced to this Tech Support and as I perused it in the last few days I'm finding all sorts of new "to me" information. I so wish we had access to it when we started our calling, but am so thankful to have it now.

    We will read the article.
